Top quality driving lessons on the Lower Central Coast NSW
Why Seano
Central Coast Driving Instructor
At Seano Driving school (based at Umina Beach on the lower NSW Central Coast), I provide top quality driving lessons at a competitive price. I have a very high success rate with my students, with the majority passing first go.
I ensure learners feel relaxed and have a little fun, while also getting high quality driving practice. My goal is to get learner drivers through their Ps test first go, but more importantly, to ensure they are safe and low risk drivers.
I teach AUTO lessons in a 2022 model Kia Seltos – a compact SUV, which is an excellent car to learn in. My learners often comment about smooth it is to drive, combined with the modern built in technology (e.g. no rollback on a hill!).

Structured Driving Lessons
I keep structured driving lesson planners for each of my students, which follow the format of the Learner Driver Log Book. The lessons are individually tailored to accommodate the needs of each student. I cater for complete novices (who are often the most rewarding to teach), those who are ready to sit their driving test, and all levels in between. For every one (1) hour the learner driver does with me, I can put three (3) hours in their log book. This applies up to a maximum of ten (10) hours driving. In other words, 10 x 1 hour lessons equates to 30 log book hours.
Practice with Purpose
For learners to become safe, competent drivers, they need to develop critical driving skills and practise them in a range of driving environments and conditions. For this reason, I vary each lesson to incorporate different locations and different challenges. This helps the learner to develop a deep and wide experience, rather than simply ‘going for a drive’, without having a plan. My motto is to ‘practise with purpose’!
Supervisors Welcome to Sit In!
I also encourage the supervisor or parent of the learner to sit in on a driving lesson to experience how it is structured. This means that the parent can also walk away with a few tips!
